Assessment & Testing Services

Psychological assessment can be beneficial for many reasons, including clarification on diagnoses and treatment recommendations. If you have received a recommendation for assessment, please have that information available when contacting our office.

We will ask you to provide your insurance information ahead of the assessment appointment so we can verify benefits and coverage. If you prefer not to use your insurance for assessment, just let us know. For insurance plans we do not accept, we can provide a "super-bill" to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know ahead of time. Payment for services are requested to be made with exact cash, check, or credit/debit card at the time of service. Payment plans available upon request.

Below are the types of assessments that we are able to provide. Please contact out office for more information on cost. Assessments can vary depending on insurance coverage and the area of concern to be evaluated, and therefore the time and cost may also vary.
