Felix Torres

I support the work of Wright Wellness by helping manage the operational systems that keep the practice organized, responsive, and moving forward. My role spans administration, technology, finance, marketing, and practice systems, with a focus on creating reliable processes that support both our clinical team and the people they serve.

Much of my work happens behind the scenes—from improving workflows and maintaining technology to coordinating financial and administrative priorities. I enjoy finding practical solutions, connecting the different parts of the organization, and building systems that allow our clinicians and staff to focus more fully on providing compassionate, high-quality care.

My background as a conductor and arts leader has shaped how I approach operations: listening carefully, coordinating many moving parts, and helping people work toward a shared purpose. I’m proud to contribute that perspective to a practice that values thoughtful growth, collaboration, and the well-being of its community.
